Rosie Set: Calendar + DUO

This set brings together the 2027 calendar and a DUO of beeswax wraps with the "Aká doba, taký slovník" design (roughly: such times, such language) at a reduced price.

With her illustrations, Rosie Naive Art pokes fun at the times we live in. Your snacks get wrapped with a pinch of sarcasm and a design you won't miss when you open the fridge.

Who is behind the illustrations?

Rosie is a self-taught naive painter and cartoonist whose drawings appear in the Slovak daily SME. Her road to art was anything but straight. In her own words, she has already lived several lives, from rock bottom to the spotlight. Today she paints naive art and has found her peace where it matters most: in nature.

May it bring you joy all through 2027.

Why did we choose Rosie for 2027?

Because we care about the same thing: a life in balance. Rosie is active in nature conservation, rescues salamanders, loves bears and lives by the motto that you don't need to be rich to be happy. The most beautiful things in the world are free.

Why an original Waxopack?

• It lets food breathe: unlike plastic, the wrap is breathable, so food doesn't sweat or go mouldy and stays fresh for longer.

• It shapes and clings: the warmth of your hands softens the wrap, so you can mould it over a bowl or around a sandwich.

• Kind to nature and your wallet: one wrap lasts more than a year and replaces dozens of metres of cling film.

• 100% compostable: once it's worn out, cut it into strips and add it to the compost, where it breaks down completely.

• Tested by the Slovak National Health Service and certified for contact with food
• Our products are a combination of 100% natural ingredients
• Organic cotton with a layer of a unique wax mixture carefully mixed from pine resin, organic SK rapeseed oil and beeswax from the Czech Republic and Slovakia
• Natural beeswax has antibacterial effects. Pine resin has an antifungal effect and rapeseed oil, with its properties, gives beeswax flexibility
