Shipping and payments

We bring to the market packaging that replaces single-use plastics. We strive to reduce waste creation, which is why we offer quality products that will serve you for a long time.

  • We pack shipments using paper tape, so you can recycle the entire boxes or reuse them.
  • We pay attention to the ethical dimension of raw material production; we carefully select our suppliers.
  • We send invoices electronically.

We dispatch goods within 48 hours of your order being paid or payment being received. If fast delivery isn't possible, we'll let you know. If goods are damaged, you'll need to create a damage report with the carrier. The carrier will return the report to us with the damaged goods, and we'll immediately send you a flawless replacement free of charge.

We have all products in stock. If this isn't the case, this information will appear in the detailed product description.

Unless stated otherwise, we usually have all products in stock. We do everything we can to ship your order within 2 business days at the latest. We'll inform you by email if the delivery time will be longer.

If you buy any product from us and don't like it, you can send it back to us unused within 14 business days. If you're not satisfied with a product you've already started using, let us know, and we'll try to find a solution together.

We only offer free shipping for orders over €40 because every order means a courier's car produces CO2 emissions.
